Program of the day

Meeting time: 09:00 at Innerdive
(Pick-up from accommodation subject to availability)

• Equipment fitting – we will guide you through what you need
• Instructions on how to feel comfortable in the water
• Introduction to the experience and itinerary of the snorkelling sites
• Departure to the snorkelling site of the day
• Changing into wetsuits (in high summer, we use swimwear and may skip the suits)
• Pre-water safety briefing to ensure everyone is prepared and feels safe
• Practice in shallow water to get used to the equipment
• Our snorkelling adventure begins!
• We return to Innerdive around 13:30

Practical Details

What to bring:

• Swimsuit / bathing suit / bikini
• Drinking water
• Sunscreen
• Shoes suitable for walking on wet rocks
• A payment method if you would like a coffee or snack after the tour (not all sites have this option)

No need to bring:

• Towels
• Snorkelling equipment – we provide it all!

Group size:
a) Small groups – maximum 6 participants
b) Personal guidance – maximum 4 people per guide

Safety

• We will make sure to brief everyone on signals and safety rules before the session starts
• A float will always be available if you need to rest during the swim
• Any levels are welcome here, we will ensure that you will have the necessary equipment and instructions to feel comfortable to snorkel with us

The tour includes about 1.5 hours in the water. You are of course free to stop and return to land at any point if needed.

This experience is ideal for snorkellers who want to explore the underwater world and improve their skills while exploring Gozo’s best spots.

Please note, it is an advantage if:

• You have experience with using a mask and snorkel
• You have tried swimming with fins before
• You feel comfortable swimming in water where your feet cannot reach the bottom

However, if you cannot say yes to all of the above, do not worry! We will help you get comfortable with the equipment and the water. If you feel you need more experience before joining a sea tour, we recommend our full-day snorkelling course, which helps you build confidence and technique before heading into the open water.

Prices:

Half-day session in the sea including equipment – 75€
Full-day session including theory and a snorkelling course – 145€
