Our freediving training in Malta is designed for certified divers who want to increase depth, improve comfort in the water and refine every aspect of their performance. From advanced snorkelers taking their first steps into depth training to national athletes preparing for competition, we adapt coaching to each diver’s individual needs, goals and experience.

At Innerdive, we coach all depth disciplines including CWT, FIM, CNF and CWTB in the calm waters of Gozo. Our approach combines technical precision with emotional regulation, relaxation and efficient movement in the water, helping divers progress safely and sustainably.

Innerdive is led by some of the deepest and most experienced freedivers in Malta. Jesper achieved a world championship-winning dive to 102 meters in CWT, while Dawid Tran Van became one of the deepest freedivers in the world with a 109 meter FIM dive.

Dawid also began his own freediving journey at Innerdive, growing from student to elite athlete and coach. Over the years, we have coached divers from beginner level all the way to 90 meter performances and national competition and world championship level.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on understanding each diver individually. We believe that the highest level of freediving coaching comes from connecting physical technique, emotional awareness and nervous system regulation into one complete training process.

Gozo offers a calm atmosphere, exceptional visibility and a strong freediving community that creates ideal conditions for progression and focused training. Many divers come not only for the depth training itself, but also for the supportive environment and meaningful connections built through the experience.
