1 Booking and payment
1.1 Booking and payment terms
- Once you booking has been confirmed, our cancellation, no show and refund policies apply
- Confirmation: A 30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Once the deposit is received by Innerdive and we have emailed you a receipt the booking is secure.
- The remaining balance of 70% must be paid 30 days prior to the start of your stay – in the case of last minute booking, the full payment is required immediately.
1.2 Cancellation policy
- Cancellation by participant:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival we issue a full refund
- If you cancel 30-14 days before we keep the deposit of 30% and issue a refund for the remaining balance
- If you cancel less than 14 days before no refund is issued
- To cancel a booking please let us know at least 31 days prior to the arrival date. This can be done by sending us an email on info@innerdivemalta.com or writing/calling us on Whatsapp: (+45)61693945
- Cancellation by Innerdive:
- If a session is cancelled we attempt to reschedule it
- If a session is not rescheduled we issue credit or partial refund at our discretion
- No refund is issued in the case of cancellation due to Force Majeure
- In the unlikely event that we cancel a full course or a stay you will get the choice of full refund or rescheduling the course
1.3 Refund policy
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation happens less than 30 days prior to arrival
- Booking is transferable to another date if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival. This change will be subject to availability.
- Bookings later than 14 days prior to start are non refundable
1.4 No show policy
- In case a customer does not show up for a session we treat this as a last minute cancellation and no refund is issued
2 Changes and conditions
2.1 Weather conditions
- Activities may be modified due to weather or safety conditions.
- If rescheduling is not possible we may offer credit or partial refunds at our discretion
2.2 Course standards
- In the event of a participant being unable to fulfill course requirements, no refunds will be issued.
- Innerdive reserves the right to remove participants from a course if they fail to meet safety standards and rules.
3 Liability and safety
3.1 Liability
- By enrolling in freediving activities, clients assume the risks of the activity
- Innerdive cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents or losses related to participation in freediving activities, including, without limitation, liability, claims, losses or damages resulting from the negligence of any party including the individuals connected to or acting on behalf of Innerdive.
3.2 Insurance
- Customers are strongly advised to obtain personal travel or dive insurance which specifically covers freediving activities, such as DAN Dive Accident Insurance, to ensure adequate protection against any dive-related injuries and financial costs related to this.

4 Health
4.1 Medical
- Customers must fill out the necessary medical form to participate in courses and training
- Innerdive must be informed in the case of any pre-existing medical conditions which may influence customers’ ability to dive
